Cancellation Policy

1. Registration & Payment: Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a completed registration form for each child. Payment Methods: We accept payments via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), e-transfer, or cash. Fees: All camp fees are listed on our website/brochure and are subject to applicable taxes. Fees include participation in the camp. Fees do not include lunch or extended care. 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations by Parent/Guardian: Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@informsoccer.ca. A minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the start date/time of the registered camp session is required for a refund. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice before the start of the camp session. No refunds or credits will be given for missed days due to illness, vacation, or other personal reasons once the camp session has begun. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergency with a doctor's note), a partial credit for a future camp may be considered at the discretion of management. Cancellations by In Form Soccer: In Form Soccer reserves the right to cancel a camp session due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation by In Form Soccer, a full refund will be issued, or you may choose to transfer to another available session. 3. Age Requirements & Grouping: Age Eligibility: Our camp is designed for children aged 8 to 18. Children must meet the age requirement by the start date of their camp session. Grouping: Campers will be grouped according to age and/or skill level where appropriate to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all. We will do our best to accommodate friend requests, but cannot guarantee them.
